Je vous propose un séjour dans ma maison de vacances située en Nouvelle Aquitaine dans le beau département du Lot et Garonne.
Ce lieu baptisé “Fon d’Argent” (trad. “Fontaine d’argent” car il y avait autrefois une source sur le site), borde directement le petit village de Saint-Victor, niché au creux d’une colline.
C’est un lieu de paix et de confort entouré de prairies et de forêts, proche de beaux villages, et de villes comme Villeneuve sur Lot, Agen, Bergerac dans une région ouverte au tourisme.

The site

The house itself has a spacious terrace. There is a large table with six chairs and a parasol. A bench on the terrace itself and one under the linden tree, there is a bbq and a herb garden. All this near the comfortable and richly equipped kitchen.

About the house

The house has a fully furnished living room with TV, sound system for CD, DVD, Bluetooth, WiFi connection, a library and a children’s corner.

Through a hall you enter

bedroom 1: with two single beds (90 / 2.00) that can easily be made into a double bed. Two spacious hanging cupboards and a chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: with two single beds (90 / 2.00) that can easily be made into a double bed. In addition, this room has a sink and rain shower. There is also a chest of drawers, clothes rack and a cupboard.
Bedroom 3 has a large double bed (1.80 / 2.00). There is a large linen cupboard with bedding here.
There is a bathroom with a bathtub, sink and toilet. There is also an additional toilet in the hall.

About the garden

The road leads to the house, to the right you’ll find the swimming pool, about 9 meters by 4 meters; it has a staircase over the entire width and gradually reaches a depth of 1m80. There is a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. There is a well-kept garden around the house and the swimming pool.

Costs en reservations

A “rental week” runs from Sunday to Sunday. Arrival from 3 p.m. departure at 11 p.m.

Rental price is 1500 euros per week excluding 75 euros mandatory cleaning. You pay this last amount on the spot.

The deposit is 350 euros, which you will of course receive within three days after departure if everything has been left in good order.

Accessibility

By plane: You can fly to Bergerac (1 hour away), Toulouse (1.5 hours away), or Bordeaux (2 hours away). Rental cars are available at the airport.

By train: There is a TGV station in Agen, just a 20-minute drive from the house. Rental cars are also available there.

By car: I always drive (from the Netherlands) via Antwerp, Lille, Paris, Orléans (halfway through the journey, with plenty of hotels in various price ranges), Limoges, and then take the motorway towards Cahors. From there, it’s another hour to my house.
